ReconMap provides a photo-based geolocation identification service. Users can upload photographs, and our system will attempt to determine the geographic location where the photo was taken using artificial intelligence and computer vision technology.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for:

Photos uploaded to the Service are processed for geolocation analysis. We may store uploaded images and analysis results to improve our service. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

6. Disclaimer

The geolocation results provided by ReconMap are estimates based on AI analysis and may not be accurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReconMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
