The physical appearance of the women could also fit within the range of phenotypes found in the Balkan region, particularly among Bosniaks. Bosnia and Herzegovina has a significant Muslim population, and the scene is consistent with a modern wedding celebration in a city like Sarajevo. The blend of modern fashion with Islamic traditions (hijabs) is common there as well, making this a plausible, though less likely, alternative to Turkey.
