The license plate '80 C 036 YA' is registered in the Surxondaryo Region of Uzbekistan. This region is known for the dramatic landscapes of the Gissar Mountain Range. The terrain in the photo is highly consistent with the foothills and mountainous areas found in districts like Boysun (Baysun). While it's a strong candidate due to the direct license plate evidence, it's considered slightly less likely than the Tashkent Region because the latter is a more central hub, making it more probable to find cars from different regions together.
