This is a regional alternative based on similar characteristics. Montauban, also in the Occitanie region, features similar pink brick and terracotta architecture and is situated on the Tarn River with its own Pont Vieux. However, the specific configuration of the buildings, the design of the bridge, and crucially, the absence of a matching formal garden with this exact viewpoint, make it a much less likely candidate.

Another regional guess. Moissac is also on the Tarn river and has historic architecture. While it shares the general Southern French aesthetic, its riverfront and bridge (Pont Napoléon) do not match the image. This is considered only as a possibility based on the broad regional style if more specific landmarks were not identifiable.
