The structure appears abandoned or in ruins, consistent with many old kasbahs or fortified homes in this region. The lack of modern infrastructure or signage limits precision to district level near Ouarzazate.

As an alternative, the scene strongly resembles the pre-Saharan regions of Morocco, particularly around the Atlas Mountains. The architectural style, using stone or rammed earth with a plaster finish, is characteristic of traditional Berber kasbahs and watchtowers. The arid, rocky terrain and sparse vegetation are also a perfect match for this region. This would be a strong candidate if a specific landmark match were not found.

The landscape is consistent with the Tabernas Desert in Almería, mainland Spain, which is the only true desert in Europe. The region is scattered with ruins of Moorish and later Christian castles and watchtowers that can have a similar appearance. The intense sunlight and clear blue sky are also typical of this part of Andalusia.
