Nablus is another plausible location. However, Amman is a larger metropolis, and the scale of the urban sprawl seen in the reflection seems more consistent with a capital city.

The city of As-Salt, Jordan, is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its distinctive yellow limestone architecture and extremely hilly topography. The view from a modern building on a hill overlooking the historic core could resemble the scene in the reflection. The color palette and dense construction on hillsides are a good match. However, As-Salt is smaller than Amman, and the vastness of the city reflected in the glass might suggest a larger urban center, making Amman a more probable candidate.
