Angola is another major Portuguese-speaking country with a large Black population. The urban environment in some of Luanda's informal neighborhoods (musseques) can share visual similarities with the scene, such as basic construction and unpaved or poorly maintained streets. However, the general aesthetic and the high prevalence of such images originating from Brazil make it a less likely, but still possible, candidate.
